Appendix A – Drawn Objects.

12 of the Symbol Stone objects can fairly readily be drawn using modern methods.

The experience of drafting them gave the author an understanding of how the carvers went about using lines, angles, circles, arcs and templates.

The total of 66 pages records 387, over a third, of the shapes seen on symbol stones.

These drawings are © Norman J Penny.
